Pastry Chef Student in the Woods, is a love letter to fire, flour, and the wild.
Coming from generations of farmers, I am mesmerized by the bounty of things grown by the earth.
I started my baking journey at Brightwater Culinary and was swept away at the intersection of art + food.
Forever the student, I traveled to far corners of the world to evolve my craft, and am humbled by those before me.
Blending classical pastry technique and inspired by the beauty of the forest, my journey involves discipline and instinct.
This is the unfolding story of a pastry student...finding her craft in the wild.
Here, pastries and cakes are kissed by smoke and herbs, rooted in earth and elevated by art. Rich farm fresh eggs, seasonal fruits, local herbs and edible flowers. I partner with local farmers and am so honored to showcase their labor. Every creation holds a story.... honest + soulful.
My mission is that through pastry arts, I connect, inspire and even perhaps heal, the fragile, wild, indomitable human spirit.
